THE APARTMENT
This conveniently located south-facing apartment is on the ground floor of an apartment building (right hand building in left hand photo above), and offers approximately 37.5 m2 of living space, with views to the pistes from the living room and the bedroom. There is room for between 4 and 8 people, depending on the level of privacy preferred. The accommodation is arranged as follows:
- One bedroom, with a pair of bunk beds (90 x 200 cms), reading lamps for each bed, bedside cabinet with 3 drawers, sheepskin rug and large built-in floor to ceiling wardrobe with ample storage, hanging space and full-length mirror, window with view out to mountains.
- A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and (will have) washing machine, four ring electric hob, eyelevel oven with rotisserie, good sized fridge with small freezer compartment, breakfast bar with two stools and ample cupboard space.
- Living/dining room with large comfy sofabeds (which convert to comfortable double beds 150 x 200 cm), rugs, coffee table, flat screen TV and DVD player, pine dining table and chairs for 6 people. Access to private patio and small garden looking across to pistes.
- Bathroom with shower over bath, separate WC.
- Hallway with large floor-to-ceiling storage cupboard.
- Private underground parking in the apartment building, allocated to your apartment.
- Individual lockable ski locker holding skis and boots for 6, allocated to your apartment.
- Lift within apartment building.

RENTAL PRICE:
Between £350 and £500 per week, depending on low, medium, high season.
High Season: Christmas/New Year week; January to early March; July & August
Mid Season: Mid-March to beginning May; early December
Low Season: May, June, September and November

25% deposit required when booking, balance due 4 weeks before arrival (no reminder given).
150Euro fully refundable breakage deposit is also required when balance due.
Linen and towels available if required, including tea towels & dish cloths (see terms and conditions).

Sunday pm to Sunday am booking, with airport transfers from Geneva airport if required (see terms and conditions).
LOCATION This attractive apartment in Clos D’Arly is five minutes easy walk from the Praz pistes, with additional access to Megève and Notre Dame de Bellecombe, offering over 500kms of slopes in total. The ski domaine of the Val d’Arly is second-to-none, and offers pistes for all abilities, from the nervous first-timers to the adventurous thrill-seekers looking for black runs and off-piste skiing, all with spectacular views of Mont Blanc as a breathtaking backdrop. There are numerous restaurants and bars on the piste for skiers and walkers alike to enjoy during the day, and great après ski in authentic French bars and faces in Praz-sur-Arly and nearby Megeve. Other amenities, such as grocers, chemist, post office, church, tourist office, patisserie/boulangerie, newsagents and shops selling local craft and produce, all make Praz an ideal place to browse in the early evening after an exhilarating day on the slopes – and all within a few minutes of your apartment. |  |
SKI FACILITIES
Lift passes can be bought locally, either for individual Domains or in combination, allowing plenty of choice and flexibility to suit your skiing needs. Hire of ski and snowboarding equipment is available at Derby Sports, which is conveniently situated in the Clos d’Arly apartment building, with individual storage lockers for use at no extra charge. Ski lessons are available in groups or as individuals, with French or English speaking instructors, and in this area families with children are especially well catered for.
SUMMERTIME
Summer time in this area offers wonderful mountain walks, with numerous footpaths connecting the surrounding towns and villages. Locally, there is tennis, climbing, hiking, mountain biking, canyoning, hot air ballooning and also alpine adventure trails at nearby Cote 2000. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there is a playground, basket ball pitch, tennis court, climbing wall and quad bikes for hire. The many restaurants offering a wealth of Savoyard specialities, and the local arts and crafts workshops are all within easy reach. There are 3 golf courses in the surrounding area, along with clay pigeon shooting and horse riding. An Olympic sized outdoor pool is available at the Palais du Sports in Megeve. With the awe-inspiring mountain views, and fresh, clean mountain air, Clos D’Arly is the ideal place for a relaxing or action packed holiday – it’s up to you!
