Property details    Please send us your property details, listing the following details for each house and gite:

- the main rooms on each floor (with dimensions)

- any interesting features, old fireplaces, pigeonnier, old bread oven, beams, nice floors etc.

- any outbuildings / scope for further gites where relevant

- amount of land (in m2 if possible), and description of gardens etc.

- size of pool (s) and any landscaping features etc.

- nearest village, town, shops, schools, airport etc.

- for ski properties, nearest slopes, ski lifts, nightlife etc, and any nearby summer activities

Plus - your asking price.

Rental Income - for gite properties or for properties used as holiday homes

Please supply

- the number of weeks booked in each gite

- rental income for each gite for the last few years - as this is often the first question we're asked!
