THE GITES

GITE 1 - 3 Bedrooms

Gite 1 is spread over two floors. It has been tastefully renovated and restored and furnished to a high standard retaining many of its original stone walls and exposed beams.  On the ground floor is an open plan living room with comfy sofas and chairs and DVD/Video/TV. Leading off the well appointed kitchen, (large fridge/freezer, microwave, full sized cooker complete with dishwasher), the French windows open onto a private 5m x 3.4m covered terrace with table and chairs and barbecue.  Also on the ground floor of the gite is a double bedroom with an additional single bed  - if required - shower room and WC. Upstairs is the master Bedroom, a spacious

double bedroom in which can be easily placed a cot or another single bed, with fantastic relaxing views of the countryside.  Across the landing is a shower room and WC and then a further bedroom with three single beds.

GITE 2 - 4 Bedrooms

Gite 2 is on the first floor and boasts a beautiful 5mx3m balcony overlooking the spectacular gardens and surrounding countryside. The gite has been thoughtfully  renovated and restored using the most of its original features. The well appointed kitchen has a full sized cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and all the necessary pots, pans crockery, cutlery and glasses. The living room is furnished with two sofas and comfy chairs with a dining table and chairs for eight.  Leading off the living room is one double and one single bedroom and shower room.   From the kitchen there is access to the balcony and leading off the balcony is a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room.  Adjoining this is a twin bedroom.  The balcony comes complete with table, chairs and barbecue.

GITE 3 - 2 Bedrooms

Gite 3 is on the ground floor which makes it very suitable for families with young children.   The well appointed kitchen has a full sized cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all the necessary pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and glasses.  The spacious living room/kitchen has a large open wood burning stove and a sofa bed.  Doors to the patio.  There is a good sized double bedroom (with shower room adjacent) and leading off that is another bedroom, with bunk beds, suitable for children up to 10 years old. 

GITE 4 - 2 Bedrooms

This Gite - which used to be the old wine chai - is arranged over two floors.  Downstairs is the spacious living room with settees and comfy chairs, a separate dining area and a kitchen (15mx5m), There are windows at either end and the gite features a spectacular open fire. Upstairs is a well-appointed double bedroom, a bright twin bedroom and a shower room

THE POOL - 11m x 5m fenced/alarmed salt water pool, which has steps at one end and slopes to a depth of 2m.  Paved surrounds.  Shower.

The extensive grounds are fully secure and afford plenty of of space for playing, riding bikes, sitting under the shade of a tree or sunbathing within hearing distance of the fountain playing in the fish pond. There is a large barbecue complete with chairs and tables.  There are further gardens and a terrace with huge banana trees providing welcome shade.
