GARDEN

- shared three-quarter acre of garden with lawned areas, car parking area and fabulous countryside views over fields (superb if it's a year for sunflowers) and towards woodland. Sit on the terrace and watch the deer come out to play from the woodland in the distance!

There is in-built social life in high season if you want it, and other children for yours to play with,

but plenty of privacy if you prefer.

Ideally located between the Dordogne, Bordeaux wine country and the Atlantic coast.

Masses to see & do in the immediate area as well as further afield.

- Market towns of Ribérac 16kms and Chalais 16kms.

- Cathedral city of Angouleme 40kms (TGV to Paris 2hrs30mins, to London 6hrs)

- Dordogne 6kms. St. Emilion 45kms. Bergerac 50kms. Cognac 40kms.

- Bordeaux 80kms (international airport, cheap flights)

- Atlantic beaches about 90kms. Royan takes 90 mins. Arcachon takes 2hrs.
