Property/Gites Search Facility HELP

========================

1) You can search for properties as follows, in any combination:-

    - Price range, REGION/Dept, minimum land area - select parameters from the drop down menus;

    - Type of property (All Properties Search only) - you can tick more than one type, or none to display all types;

    - Scope of property - you can tick more than one scope, or none to display all scopes.

2) Most of the property types are self explanatory, but the following clarification may help:-

    Country House means a house in the country or in a hamlet, not covered by any of the other property types such as Chateau or Farmhouse;

    Barn/Outbuildings means a stand-alone barn or a property with a barn and/or other outbuildings.

3) The definitions of scope are as follows:-

    Renovated/New - refers to the main dwelling, so there could be additional outbuildings to restore/develop;

    Part renovated - refers to the main dwelling, so there could be additional outbuildings requiring complete renovation;

    Habitable - the main dwelling has all basic amenities (power, water, sewage), but needs (some) renovation and/or modernisation;

    Full renovation required - the main dwelling is not habitable and requires complete renovation;

    Development potential - the property can be further developed (e.g. attic conversion, outbuildings conversion, etc.);

    Business potential - the property could be run as a business (e.g. Gite Complex or B&B);

    Existing business - the property is currently run as a business.
