THE BUSINESS

The cottage is currently let to a maximum of 6 person occupancy, but can sleep 8. Various marketing tools are available with the sale. The cottage was restored in 1995 and has been successfully let for over 10 years, with many repeat bookings, lettings have been between 15 and 25 weeks annually.
