The cottages have been lovingly renovated and retain many of their original features. Each holiday cottage has it own private garden and parking facility. All the cottages have been freshly decorated and are in excellent condition with clean furnishings and white goods. The farmhouse (cottage 1) has oil fired central heating and the other cottages have electric central heating, together with wood burning stoves, so that they can be let all year round. The cottages are equipped with cooker/oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, coffee-maker, iron and full furnishings. There is mains water to the property, and there is septic tank(s) drainage.

LEISURE LAKE & VILLAGE

The field has direct access to a leisure lake which includes a small beach, lakeside bar, children’s play area and assault course. THE LOCAL AREA

Locally there is horse riding less than 10 mins away, quad biking about 20 minutes and a superb 9 hole golf course about 25 mins away. The famous Lac de Guerledan is just 15 minutes away, which has leisure activities for every member of the family. Its rustic landscape and forest is a haven for walkers, ramblers, mountain bikers and horse riders, whilst the all year round water sports centre has dinghies, rowing-boats, pedaloes, water-skiing & boat cruises. There are also good restaurants, out-door cafés and sandy beaches and this popular leisure attraction is well worth a visit.

The property is centrally located about 40 minutes from both the west and north coasts where there are unspoilt sandy beaches (for example, in the south, Lorient, Quimper, Concarneau) and various attractions.

Fishing is abundant in Brittany, the Clearwater Lakes is only about 15 min away and the Nantes Brest canal is 15 minutes drive. The picturesque Guld de Morbihan is less than an hour away, as are the historic towns of Anray, Vannes, Quimper and Josselin. The atmospheric forest of Heulgoat, part of the Arthurian legend, the medieval forest of Merlin the Magician, where the Knights of the Round Table searched for the Holy Grail, can be found 45 mins to the north.
