THE APARTMENT - The one-bedroom apartment or granny flat has a fitted Kitchen, a Living room, and a Bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Electric central heating.

THE GITES - There are six 2 bedroom cottages and two 3 bedroom cottages, plus a 3 bedroom detached chalet. All 9 Gites have been maintained to a very high standard and provide excellent accommodation. All have fitted kitchens, are fully equipped and have electric radiators. All furniture and fittings re included in the sale. The Laundry area provides 3 washing machines, 2 dryers, irons and ironing boards. There are washing lines in a separate fenced-off area. Each cottage has designated parking and its own patio with outside furniture and a barbecue. There is also a large communal barbecue/party area.

THE POOL - The heated 14m x 6m swimming pool is fully fenced and alarmed, and conforms to the French safety standards.

DRAINAGE - All the properties are on mains water and there are five septic tanks which have been checked and passed by the relevant authorities in October 2007.

There is a total of 9 acres of land with play and adventure areas, a gravelled courtyard with electric entrance gates, woods, lawned areas and paddocks. There are many on-site activities, including bikes, boules, badminton, weekly bbq, children’s play area with swings, slide, toddlers’ gym, children’s tractors, scooters etc and plenty of space in which to run around. The paddocks are all managed, divided and fenced for horses, with a large field shelter (built in 2006).
