THE PROPERTY
This property offers the superb, commanding scenery for which it was selected first as a Roman camp over 2000 years ago, and in the 12^th century as one of the Templar encampments in Roussillon. The oldest part of the buildings still standing today dates back to 1776, and the buildings have been constructed around a courtyard, one side being the two storey owners’ villa, the second the two storey hotel/restaurant building, and the third a single storey building with three en-suite rooms and a self-catering gite.
