GITE 1 (Sleeps 4/5) - Attached to the main house is the former storage barn which has been beautifully restored to provide modern comforts whilst retaining its original charm and beauty. Tiled floors downstairs and parquet flooring upstairs. The spacious lounge with its high ceiling reveals all the original beams and trusses, whilst the exposed stone behind the wood burning stove is very imposing. There is a good sized fully fitted kitchen which also incorporates a large traditional French dining table that comfortably seats six.  The building also contained a bread oven and the façade has been retained as a feature within the downstairs bedroom. The second bedroom is on the first floor. Both double bedrooms have their own en suite shower rooms complete with WC and wash hand basin.

GITE 2 (sleeps 4 - Situated in the former animal barn and converted from the old existing cow stalls. Ground floor gite with tiled floors, exposed beams and incorporating many of the original features. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and leads to a lounge/diner that has access to the swimming pool via French doors. A spacious bathroom with bath and overhead shower, toilet and wash hand basin is located between the twin and double bedrooms which are accessed from the lounge/diner. As this gite is all on one level it provides the ideal accommodation for couples and those who are less mobile.

GITE 3 (sleeps 4) - First floor gite, above gite 2, which was originally the old hayloft and is accessed by wooden stairs through the games room. The lounge/diner overlooks the swimming pool at the front whilst the fully equipped kitchen has extensive rear views over the surrounding fields. This light and airy first floor gite with parquet flooring has double and twin bedrooms which are accessed from the lounge/diner and are separated by a large bathroom containing bath and overhead shower, toilet and wash hand basin.

GITE 4 (sleeps 4) - Two storey gite at the right-hand end of the former animal barn which was previously used as cow stalls. Entering the double doors to the tiled ground floor you will find a very spacious open plan lounge, featuring the original cow byres that have been sympathetically restored, leading to a fully fitted kitchen. It has one double bedroom and a second twin room both on the first floor accessed by an open wooden staircase. The bathroom is situated between the bedrooms and incorporates a bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin and toilet. The first floor has parquet flooring throughout.

GAMES ROOM - Located between gites 2 and 4 with tiled floor and high ceiling revealing the original beams and one of the ‘A’ frames. Contains a pool table, table football and table tennis.

SWIMMING POOL (7m x 3.5m) - Situated between the two buildings is a south facing in-ground pool with roman steps to a shallow end of 0.9 metre sloping to a deep end of 1.5 metres and surrounded by a tiled terrace for sunbathing. Fitted with a security alarm to comply with French Safety Regulations.

THE GROUNDS - Approximately 1000m² (about ¼ acre) of grounds with a well. Each gite has its own private terrace and there are also some lawned areas. The surrounding countryside of woodland and fields is ideal for walking and cycling.
